You first need to add your basic company details, as well as the name, phone number, email and password of your contact person. Then you need to add all the staff members or individuals who will need to access the site. (If many, we can import them from a spreadsheet you provide).
Next, all the individuals who need to have their faces verified and this will occur on site by the site foreman, who will take selfies using the verification App. Then once they have been verified as SA citizens, there will be a green check confirming this and they are then ready to apply to access to the sites.
After facial verification, all verified persons can now apply for access to the Site and Section they will be working at and for the duration of the time they need to work. Once access has been approved, the approved people can now be checked in and each day on site, by the site foreman who will scan their faces, which confirms identity and records time and attendance.
